The Warsaw Table misses a Brother.
Capt. Edward PIVL born in 1929, sailed away for his last trip to Hilo on 19 July 2011. He was one of the first few Offshore Yacht Masters graduated soon after end of WW2. Served three years in Polish Navy and then during his whole life worked in various Polish yachting organizations as Yacht Club of Poland and Polish Yachting Association.
Decorated with many honours, the last one received in January 2011 was the Gold Cross of Merit. In Polish Brotherhood he has the number 46. We wish Him happy sailing on the Sea of Eternity.
